Cancellation Policy
****Hair Preparation**** All clients are required to arrive with their hair fully washed, clean, and blow dried. Please ensure your hair is completely detangled and ready for your braiding service. ****Late Arrivals**** Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will have their appointment automatically canceled. The $50 booking deposit will remain nonrefundable. ****Cancellations & Rescheduling**** To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment must be handled through Customer Service. ****$50 Non-refundable Booking Deposit**** A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service and remains non-refundable regardless of when the appointment is canceled or rescheduled.
